Hi there! We’re a married couple of 13 years who took a leap of faith into our very first investment property — this cabin. We’re not a management company or a large portfolio of rentals; this is our one and only short-term rental, and it truly means the world to us.
We were both raised in Arkansas and met while attending the University of Central Arkansas, where we quickly bonded over music. We met in college marching band, marching right next to each other, and that’s where our story began. We’re both brass musicians and still play today — one of us on trombone and the other on trumpet. Music has always been a big part of our lives, and we love how it brings people and memories together.

Lance is a great host. We stayed at his place for 3 nights and enjoyed every bit of our stay there. He was responsive and gave us some good recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Location is perfect. Easy and short drive to both Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean, has all the necessary basic amenities and gorgeous views of the mountains. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the beautiful mountains. We recommend his place.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The views were absolutely amazing — so peaceful and relaxing up in the mountains. Everything was exactly as described and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The hosts were wonderful and even accommodated our last-minute booking. The location was perfect, close to everything but still felt private and serene. If you’re planning a trip to the Smokies or Pigeon Forge, I highly recommend this place!
